Before visiting our showroom please help us to help you by spending a few minutes printing and filling out the attached, printer-friendly form. The more we know about your current fireplace and the decor or planned decor of your home, the better we will be able to advise you on the installation of your new fireplace. If you have a digital camera, why not bring along a picture of your existing fireplace?

Once your have chosen your fireplace you will be given a fitting date - normally three weeks from placing the order - and visited within days, one evening, for a site survey. We can also arrange a chimney sweep. For further information about our services see the who we are section.
